At The Mini Squad, every product we make is customized and made-to-order specifically for you — including personalized medal hangers, engraved keepsakes, and made-to-order craft kits.
Because each item is uniquely created based on your order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.
Please Note
- All sales are final once an order is confirmed.
- We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for customized or personalized items.
- We encourage you to double-check all personalization details (names, text, colors, themes, etc.) before completing your order, as these cannot be changed once production starts.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we don't offer returns or refunds, if your order arrives damaged in transit or there was an error on our part, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll review it and do our best to make it right.
